Hosts

Hondo1 members get together periodically. The host is in charge of setting the place. This can be a bar, restaurant, park or home. Any questions regarding directions can be addressed to the hosts. The host is also responsible for posting an update on the list. Videos and pictures are also welcome, but not necessary. Everyone attending the reunion is expected to pay for his or her own food and drinks.

West End Roatan October 17, 1998: The 12 attendees seemed to have a great time; Jackie (temporary manager of Brick Oven Pizza) did a great job coddling the heck out of us. More to come....

Houston October 17, 1998: The second Houston reunion at the Cafe Red Onion was great.

We were welcomed by the owner of the restaurant, Rafael Galindo, from Puerto Cortes. He prepared Honduran gourmet dishes for us including three exotic deserts such as "El Arquitecto" on the right. This dessert was served on a tile. Rafael assured us it was clean.

We liked the place so much that we decided to host the next reunion at the same place. Click here for a panorama view of the hondo1ers that attended. Houston September 19, 1998: The first Houston Reunion was a success.
