There are many Internet providers in Honduras. The one I have experience with in Tegucigalpa is itsnetworks.com. I'm paying 10.00 US for 10 hours, unlimited is 35 US. There are local numbers to call. The only other charge is the cost of that local phone call which in my experience ends up being like 1-2$ US per hour.
